Role Mission


Business Development Manager (BDM)

Core Responsibilities


  • Originate

    new client relationships

    with developers, institutional investors, family offices, contractors, and public bodies.
  • Position Mistahou as the

    preferred partner

    for large-scale engineering and architectural projects worldwide.
  • Secure

    high-value mandates

    through structured negotiations and long-term agreements.
  • Represent Mistahou in

    international forums, investor meetings, and government delegations

    .
  • Collaborate with internal architects, engineers, and project managers to align

    client strategy with project delivery

    .
  • Develop

    multi-year client pipelines

    and strategic partnerships.

Required Proficiency & Background


  • Minimum 8–12 years’ senior experience

    in

    business development, capital raising, corporate advisory, strategic partnerships, or institutional sales

    .
  • Track record of securing

    high-ticket clients

    (developers, funds, governments, UHNWIs, institutions).
  • Backgrounds welcomed:
  • Investment Banking / Capital Markets

  • Private Equity / Real Estate Funds

  • Luxury Real Estate Development

  • Strategic Consulting (MBB, Big Four, boutique investment firms)

  • Institutional Sales / Capital Advisory

  • Proven negotiation skills

    in multi-million-euro mandates.
  • Multilingual proficiency

    preferred (English mandatory; Italian, French, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin are highly valued).
  • Global orientation: ability to operate seamlessly across

    Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa

    .
