About the Role

Junior Layout Engineer

work with cutting-edge software and workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine

  2D/3D layouts, drawings, and BIM models

  with high accuracy.
• Assist in

  digital model coordination

  (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and clash detection.
• Support

  parametric workflows

  using Rhino/Grasshopper and Dynamo (basic level acceptable).
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for

  layout integration

  .
• Participate in

  site layout marking, verification, and dimensional control

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  international codes, QA/QC standards, and project guidelines

  .
• Contribute to

  as-built documentation and digital twin processes

  .

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

  in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong skills in

  AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office

  (BIM awareness is required).
• Exposure to

  Rhino 8, Grasshopper, or Dynamo

  is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of

  construction layouts, survey basics, and dimensional accuracy

  .
• Analytical mindset with

  attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  .
• 1–3 years of experience preferred; exceptional freshers with digital skills are welcome.
