Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager, located in South Mumbai and Bhiwandi regions. The Senior Marketing Manager will actively work on the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, conduct market research and analysis, and monitor trends to adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments for cohesive branding, managing budgets, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the area as a profit-center, ensuring business targets and profitability are achieved within the set timelines.
  • Drive new business acquisition, maintain relationships with existing clients, and maximize revenues through effective sales strategies.
  • Supervise daily branch activities, ensure accurate and effective receivables management, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain high standards of customer service, working closely with the respective area operations leadership.
  • Lead, guide and motivate a team of branch managers and staff to achieve business goals and to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and work to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, prepare periodical reports, and ensure adherence to company's policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Analysis, and Trend Monitoring
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in budget management and evaluating marketing effectiveness
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or transport industry is a plus
  • Proven record in business development and profit-center management


Key Requirements

  • 12 - 15 years of extensive experience in sales, operations, and management
  • Solid experience in logistics or transport sector, specifically from PTL/Express Delivery Industries
