About the Role

Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement

    360° digital marketing strategies

    aligned with business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across

    search, social, email, and affiliate channels

    .
  • Develop

    GTM and media mix strategies

    (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) focused on CPL and ROAS.
  • Create

    campaign timelines, content calendars, and audience segmentation plans

    .
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and

    go-to-market strategies

    for product launches.
  • Track and report performance using

    GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards

    .


Performance Marketing

  • Plan and optimize ad campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube

    .
  • Drive

    lead generation, traffic, eCommerce sales, and brand recall

    .
  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and

    audience segmentation

    .
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Analyse funnel progression, bounce rates, and

    user behavior insights

    with GA4 and Clarity.


Branding & Content Creation

  • Build and execute

    content marketing strategies

    (SEO, social, email).
  • Define

    brand positioning, tone of voice, storytelling framework

    .
  • Develop and script creative assets for

    campaigns, reels, landing pages, and blogs

    .
  • Lead

    creative development

    for ads, videos, and social campaigns.
  • Manage organic content calendars and brand engagement moments.


Digital Marketing Infrastructure

  • Implement

    GA4 with GTM

    for event tracking and attribution.
  • Build

    conversion funnels and dashboards

    in Looker Studio.
  • Set up

    email marketing automations

    (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho).
  • Optimize websites for

    SEO, performance, and conversions

    .
  • Create and manage

    custom audience pools

    and advanced GTM triggers.


Client, Team & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with

    cross-functional teams

    (design, content, dev, video).
  • Prepare detailed reports, insights, and presentation decks.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and freelancers.
  • Manage multiple international clients across

    US, UK, Canada, Australia, Netherlands

    .
