As part of our marketing team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that reflect our values of collaboration, ownership, and agility.


Key Responsibilities


1. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end rollout of marketing campaigns — from briefing, agency pitch coordination, OOH site selection with Sales, CP meets, walkthrough video/renders, to final closures.
  • Coordinate day-to-day with creative, media, and event agencies. Draft briefs, review first-cut KVs, and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain updated job sheets for active, closed, and upcoming campaigns/events.


2. Events & BTL Management

  • Take complete ownership of on-ground activations — vendor sourcing, permissions, collaterals, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure smooth execution and engagement at CP meets, launches, and sustenance-phase activities.


3. Property Portal Management

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings on platforms (99acres, Housing, Magicbricks, etc.), including creatives, offers, and project information.


4. Vendor & Billing Coordination

  • Work closely with vendors and the accounts team for onboarding, invoice processing, and closure within required TATs.
  • Maintain records of vendor quotes (minimum three per requirement).


5. Content & Brand Support

  • Contribute to topical/internal creatives with basic copywriting inputs.
  • Support brand-related shoots, customer testimonials, and internal communication assets when required.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Redevelopment, and Channel Partner teams to deliver timely collateral and marketing support as per business needs.


Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing property portal listings and campaign execution.
  • Exposure to creative review and basic copywriting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Canva and comfort with AI tools for productivity.
  • Familiarity with CRM (360 Enrich) for campaign and OOH/print performance mapping.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining job sheets, vendor records, and timelines.
