**Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Patient Care:** - Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions. - Administer medications via oral/ IV/ IM/ SC route, monitor vital signs, and manage pain relief interventions. 2. **Patient Assessment:** - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and psychological assessments. - Document observations accurately and communicate changes to the medical team. 3. **Care Coordination:** - Collaborate with medical consultants, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans. - Ensure timely execution of treatments, tests, and procedures. 4. **Patient Education:** - Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-operative care. - Provide information about orthopedic conditions and recovery expectations. 5. **Documentation:** - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including assessment findings, interventions, and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards. 6. **Infection Control:** - Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections. 7. **Ethical Practice:** - Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in patient care and interactions.
