Job Description

As a Referral Marketing Manager at our hospital, your role will involve developing and implementing referral marketing strategies to drive patient referrals. You will focus on building and nurturing relationships with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to generate a steady stream of referrals for various hospital services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective referral marketing strategies to encourage physician and patient referrals to the hospital. - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to foster ongoing referral partnerships. - Organize and lead outreach efforts to educate healthcare providers about hospital services, new treatments, and capabilities. - Design and manage referral programs that incentivize and reward referrals from healthcare professionals and patients. - Collaborate with the hospital's business development and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and materials to support referral efforts. - Track and analyze referral trends, outcomes, and sources to evaluate the success of referral programs and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure timely communication and follow-up with referring physicians, patients, and hospital staff to ensure a seamless referral process. - Represent the hospital at physician networking events, medical conferences, and community outreach programs to strengthen relationships with potential referral sources. - Develop and present reports on referral program performance, including patient referral growth, engagement, and satisfaction metrics. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, marketing strategies, and competitor referral programs to enhance the hospital's referral marketing initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or referral management within the healthcare sector. - Experience in working with healthcare professionals and referral networks (physicians, specialists, clinics, etc.). - Strong knowledge of healthcare services, medical specialties, and insurance processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and customer service. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software. - Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset to drive referral growth. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal teams. - Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare compliance regulations. In this role, you will be working full-time in a permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
