Job Description

REQUIRED ONLY MBBS DOCTORS'S **Key Responsibilities: ** 1. **Emergency Patient Care: ** - Attend to emergency cases promptly and provide initial medical assessment and treatment. - Stabilize patients and coordinate with consultants for further management. - Ensure adherence to established protocols for emergency care. - Have keen knowledge of resuscitation and stabilization of injured patients (BLS protocol) 2. **Inpatient Department (IPD) Management: ** - Provide medical care to admitted patients as per treating consultant orders. - Monitor patients' progress and update treating consultants on significant changes. - Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments prescribed. 3. **Documentation and Record Keeping: ** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the IPD files. - Prepare Medicolegal Case (MLC) documents for road traffic accident cases. - Complete discharge procedures in the Hospital Management System (HMS) software. 4. **Collaboration and Communication: ** - Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, consultants, and other healthcare professionals. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress. 5. **Compliance and Quality Assurance: ** - Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines for patient care. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of care.
