Senior Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be expected to enthusiastically spend time in the Field Market as per the Area, visiting different projects every day to gather information. This information should be carried back to the office and shared with the staff, who will then upload it into our Property Portal. Additionally, you will be responsible for successfully handling a team and should have knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Spend time in the Field Market visiting different projects daily and gathering information - Share gathered information with the staff for uploading into the Property Portal - Successfully handle a team - Have knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis Qualifications Required: - Experience of 2 years or more - Key skills required: Marketing Executive, Marketing Management, Good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Creativity Desired Candidate Profile: During the Property visits, you will simultaneously promote our portal with the Builders/Sellers in the Market. You should be an expert in the area and able to advise clients or buyers who come to our office for Advisory service. There are no sales or targets in your job. Additional Details: Competitive Salary will be offered as per Current CTC and Market Standards.
