Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing cum Operations Executive at NEXT IAS in the Education Sector, you will play a crucial role in driving student engagement and brand visibility through marketing and seminar management. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, organizing, and executing seminars/webinars across colleges, universities, and other platforms. - Collaborating with the marketing team to drive student engagement and brand visibility. - Supporting promotional campaigns and outreach activities to generate leads and admissions. - Conducting seminars in various colleges & schools across India, including prestigious institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, Delhi University, and others. - Maintaining a database of students collected from various promotional events. - Promoting products and services of NEXT IAS through Canopy at various college events, test centers, job fairs, tech fests, etc. - Performing proper market analysis to gather information about competitors" products and services. In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will also oversee academic operations, including: - Coordinating with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of academic schedules. - Overseeing daily operations related to student services and academic delivery. - Monitoring and resolving academic-related queries of the students. Your skills and behavior should include: - Knowledge of marketing activities. - Eagerness to explore and grow in the field of business development & marketing. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Strong interpersonal, networking, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team.
