Senior Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Data Quality Manager, you will lead initiatives to monitor, manage, and improve data quality across the organization. You will collaborate with data stewards, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is fit for purpose and aligned with our data governance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Design and manage data profiling, validation, and cleansing processes.
• Establish and monitor key data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency, etc.).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues at the root cause.
• Implement data quality tools and collaborate with IT to integrate into data pipelines.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and ownership in partnership with data governance teams.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by ensuring data quality is audit-ready.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on data quality trends and improvements.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data management roles.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data issues into business impact.
