Senior Manager

As our Senior manager you would be responsible for primarily sales but also back office and operations work. This includes :

-- Liasoning with interns / external connects for solar plant sales

-- Visiting customers on site and explaining them our solutions

-- Communication and expectation management of customers

-- Closing high priority potential leads coming from Online Marketing campaigns in Facebook / Instagram

-- Planning and coordination of installations with customers and installation teams

-- Cultivating customer relationships to get referral sales

-- Hiring and monitoring of sales executives

-- Consulting and executing advertising and marketing campaigns in local area.

-- Recording and tracking of inventory

-- Resolving customer complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Haldwani, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
