Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Competitor Research:

a) Collect and analyze loan product details (interest rates, terms, fees, eligibility) from competing banks.

b) Track new loan product launches, promotions, and discontinuations.

c) Monitor digital lending platforms and fintech partnerships.

2. Market Trends & Updates:

a) Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting loan products (e.g., RBI guidelines).

b) Summarize trends in secured/unsecured loans (home, personal, auto, education, etc.).

3. Data Management:

a) Maintain a structured database of loan products for benchmarking.

b) Validate data accuracy through cross-referencing with bank websites, brochures, and customer service.

4. Reporting & Presentation:

a) Prepare periodic reports on competitor strategies and market gaps.

b) Assist in creating presentations for internal stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
