Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Managing Director / CEO Job Summary:The Senior Manager – Real Estate Sales is responsible for driving the overall sales performance of residential and commercial projects. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective marketing and business development activities. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve targets. Drive bookings and revenue generation across multiple real estate projects. Identify new business opportunities and customer segments for project sales. Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. 2. Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Telecallers to achieve sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions. Foster a strong team culture focused on customer satisfaction and performance excellence. 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of high-value deals. Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to registration. Resolve client queries promptly and professionally. 4. Marketing & CoordinationCollaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events. Participate in property exhibitions, site visits, and local marketing activities. Coordinate with CRM, Admin, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations and documentation. 5. Reporting & AnalysisMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and present reports to top management. Review sales funnel and conversion ratios to improve productivity. Track competitor activities and provide market insights for decision-making. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 8–12 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial position. Proven success in selling plots, villas, or apartment projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil. Strong leadership, target orientation, and result-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and lead management tools. Work Location:Valasaravakkam Work Timing: 9:30-6:30 Salary Range: 35k Based on Experience +Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives + rewards for top performers.
