Job Description

As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational efficiency of a sales team and overseeing sales performance. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, managing teams, analyzing performance, and forecasting. You will focus on improving operational efficiency while driving sales and building strong client relationships. Your strong leadership and analytical skills will be essential in overseeing both operational activities and sales strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new opportunities, and expand customer relationships. - Oversee operational processes such as order management, logistics, and supply chain management for efficient operations. - Lead high-performing sales and operations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify their needs, and develop tailored solutions. - Monitor sales and operational performance, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management. - Manage sales and operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives for cost reduction. Requirements: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations management. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven leadership and management skills to motivate high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop effective solutions. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and operational tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of industry and market trends. - Certifications in sales and operations management, such as CSO or CSCP. - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
