Factory Supervisor with Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Factory and Sales Manager to oversee daily production and sales operations at our hanger manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth factory operations, maintain product quality, and also contribute to business growth through effective sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Factory Operations:

• Manage day-to-day factory activities and staff.
• Plan production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure quality control and timely order completion.
• Coordinate raw material and inventory management.
• Monitor machinery and maintain safety standards.

Sales Coordination:

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in local and export markets.
• Work with the factory team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates.

Requirements:

• Experience in factory or production management preferred.
• Sales or customer handling experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
• Willingness to work both on the shop floor and in an office setting.

Work Environment:

• Based at the factory with occasional travel for client meetings or local deliveries.
• Working hours may extend during urgent orders or peak seasons.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
