This leader will architect the growth strategy, build scalable systems, lead cross-functional pods, and ensure sustainable P&L outcomes across multiple panel communities and audience cohorts.

Key Responsibilities1. Full Funnel Ownership Across Multi-Segment Audiences

  • Own the complete growth lifecycle across

  • Design tailored funnels for different audience behaviors, motivations, and incentive structures.
  • Build differentiated activation and onboarding journeys for complex audiences:
  • General population consumers
  • Healthcare providers, allied medical workers, and patients
  • Subject-matter experts, specialists, and business leaders

2. Growth Strategy & P&L Accountability

  • Own growth strategy and revenue impact across audience ecosystems.
  • Develop cohort-specific acquisition–activation–retention strategies.
  • Optimize overall cost structures including:
  • Cost-per-acquisition
  • Cost-per-profiling
  • Cost-per-engagement
  • Cost-per-complete
  • Retention cost and incentive efficiency
  • Deliver profitable LTV and unit economics for each audience category.

3. Own Panel Success: Nurturing, Engagement, Retention & Incentivization

  • Build and lead the

  • Deliver high retention across consumer, healthcare, and expert cohorts through:
  • CRM and lifecycle automation
  • Habit-building engagement journeys
  • Incentive and reward systems
  • Drop-off and churn prediction
  • Trust-building communication frameworks
  • Establish personalized engagement models for each cohort type.

4. Multi-Channel Growth Execution

  • Lead paid, organic, affiliate, and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Drive river traffic acquisition at scale using consumer and healthcare-compliant channels.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize landing pages, apps, profiling experiences, and survey routing.
  • Build high-impact experimentation systems across messaging, UX, incentives, and audience flows.

5. Growth Analytics & Insights-Driven Decision Making

  • Lead a data-first growth culture with dashboards for daily funnel performance.
  • Own analytics for:
  • Acquisition flows
  • Activation and profiling conversion
  • Retention cohorts
  • LTV prediction
  • Incentive burn modeling
  • Translate audience insights into actionable optimizations across all stages of the lifecycle.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Central Communications team (brand, content, design, insights)
  • Product & Tech teams (growth features, profiling, routing, apps)
  • Operations & Rewards teams
  • Support / CX teams
  • Acquisition & performance marketing teams
  • Ensure every pod contributes to audience growth, retention, and engagement metrics.

7. Leadership, Mentorship & Organizational Build-Out

  • Manage and mentor Growth Managers for each audience ecosystem.
  • Set KPIs, OKRs, and performance benchmarks across all growth functions.
  • Build teams in nurturing, engagement, retention, funnel analytics, and performance execution.
  • Foster a culture of experiments, speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience & ExpertiseA. Audience Expertise (Mandatory)

1. Consumer Ecosystems

  • Deep understanding of how consumers behave in digital platforms, reward programs, survey participation, and mobile-first journeys.
  • Experience in B2C apps, marketplaces, gig, loyalty, gaming, or consumer-tech growth roles.

2. Healthcare Ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of healthcare panels or HCP engagement models.
  • Experience working with or designing journeys for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, or patients.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical incentives, and low-IR healthcare audiences.

3. Business Decision Makers / Expert Communities

  • Experience in engaging business leaders, subject-matter experts, or B2B communities.
  • Understanding of what motivates decision-makers to share insights, complete surveys, or participate in expert programs.

B. Technical & Functional Expertise

  • 8–14 years of experience in growth roles, preferably in multi-segment or multi-market businesses.
  • Strong command of full-funnel analytics and experimentation.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM automation, retention science, lifecycle journeys, and growth tooling.
  • Ability to convert insights into growth strategy.
  • Strong grasp of incentive optimization, survey routing logic, and panelist behavior models.
  • Experience working with product/UX teams to drive funnel improvements.

Success Metrics

  • Continuous improvement in acquisition → activation → retention → LTV.
  • Reduced cost per profiling, cost per engagement, and cost per complete.
  • Growth in daily & monthly active community members across segments.
  • Higher profiling completion and repeat participation rates.
  • Improved reward efficiency and panel economics.
  • High satisfaction from consumer, healthcare, and expert cohorts.
  • Scalable growth operations for multi-brand, multi-country environments.
