Role Overview

Senior Manager – Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1.    Legal Advisory & Documentation

• Provide legal counsel on operational, contractual, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and vet

  contracts, MoUs, NDAs, service agreements, and lease deeds

  .
• Manage legal notices, correspondence, and documentation.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all

  corporate, commercial, labor and employment laws

  .
• Oversee statutory filings under the

  Companies Act, 2013

  , and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and authorities for inspections and submissions.

Contract Management

• Implement and maintain an effective

  contract lifecycle management system

  .
• Conduct legal risk assessments prior to finalization of agreements.
• Support HR, Finance, Operations, and BD teams in contractual due diligence.

Legal Coordination & Dispute Resolution

• Liaise with

  external counsels, consultants, and law firms

  for litigation and arbitration matters.
• Prepare briefs, track case progress, and maintain a

  legal MIS

  for management updates.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Transactions

• Assist in due diligence, documentation, and post-transaction compliance for

  M&A and corporate restructuring

  .
• Review agreements and coordinate with stakeholders for regulatory approvals and submissions.
