Senior Manager - Lead - IT Infrastructure and Operations

We are looking for Senior Manager, Lead - IT Infrastructure and Operations , Gurugram, HR for a leading Infrastructure Solutions provider.

Below is the Job Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Evaluate, design, and implement scalable IT infrastructure and cloud solutions to meet enterprise-wide needs.
• Manage web servers, portals, email systems, and backup (Druva, Comm-vault) and cloud computing environments including Microsoft Cloud and Azure Active Directory.
• Oversee system monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery planning to ensure seamless operations.

2. Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, scope, and manage IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate with Application team, partner’s technology team for solution implementation and desired project outcome.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage strategic vendor relationships for infrastructure operations, maintenance, and support services.
• Define, track, and review operational KPIs to assess asset performance and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and achievement of internal and external Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

4. Network & EUS management

• Oversee planning, deployment, and support for network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of enterprise connectivity.
• Led efficient End-User Support (EUS) operations, achieving and sustaining high user satisfaction levels

5. IT Security & Compliance

• Lead security administration including firewall management (Fortinet), endpoint protection (Sophos), email security, and cybersecurity operations.
• Manage SIEM and SOAR-based security tools and ensure robust end-user protection.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO standards, IT Acts, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage internal and external IT and security audits with no critical or high-risk findings.

6. Strategic Planning & Budgeting

• Lead IT operational transformation initiatives and contribute to security operations strategy and service delivery improvements.
• Participate in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeting and cost optimization strategies.

7 Advanced Technology & Innovation

• Assess and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI solution into infrastructure strategy including IT processes compliances

Mandatory Requirement

· 12 to 14 years in Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Support, and Network Management within the Telecom or Service Industry

· Strong knowledge of cloud, network, and data center technologies.

· Hands-on experience with Windows, VMware, UNIX/Linux system administration.

· Experience supporting critical IT operations in large enterprises.

· Ability to assess and mitigate security risks across infrastructure and applications

· Proven people management skills with adaptability to dynamic business environments.

· Strong understanding of IT processes, service delivery models, and governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Skilled in negotiation, vendor coordination, and customer engagement.

· Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to problem-solving

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in computer/Electronics Engineering

· Preferred ITIL, PMP certification, Cloud Architect Certification
