Senior Manager

Position: Senior Manager – School Administration Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and strategic functions of our school. The Senior Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing policies, managing staff, and supporting the academic leadership to achieve the school’s vision and goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise administrative, operational, and support teams to ensure efficiency across all school functions. Develop, implement, and monitor school policies, procedures, and systems to maintain high standards of governance. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation effectively. Coordinate with academic leaders to support teaching, learning, and student welfare initiatives. Oversee admission processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate staff recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development programs. Handle parent and community relations to maintain a positive school environment. Identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and innovation within school operations. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in school administration or management, preferably in a senior role. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of educational regulations, policies, and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with academic and non-academic teams. Reporting: Reports directly to the Chairman or Principal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
