Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of the CEO. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of management. Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and PowerPoint presentations as required. Maintain important records, files, and documentation systematically. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and logistics for business trips. Follow up on pending approvals, action points, and updates from different teams. Assist in personal and administrative tasks assigned by top management. Ensure professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably with Secretarial or Administrative background). Experience: 813 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant to Senior Management. Key Skills: Excellent communication and drafting skills (English & Tamil preferred) and Hindi Added Advantages. Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity. Smart, proactive, and professional in approach.
