Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, located in odisha based out of Bhubaneswar or Cuttack. The Senior Manager will be responsible for business development,managing client relationships, and developing and implementing strategic business plan. Day-to-day new addition of clients is required. The Senior Manager will also be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence and driving growth.This is presently individual role and in future it will be team handling role.

• Skills in client relationship management, business development, and strategic planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
