Role Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for niche and senior-level roles within the financial services domain. You will be key in attracting top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring needs, and role requirements. Source and engage candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job portals (IIM Jobs, Naukri, Shine, etc), referrals, and headhunting. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Ensure high-quality candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process. Track and report recruitment metrics and progress regularly. Negotiate offers and manage post-offer engagement till onboarding. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services, investment banking, or private equity firms. Proven experience hiring mid to senior-level positions across front office, investment, and support functions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
