Job Description
Job Summary Senior Manager:
The Senior Manager – Compliance is responsible for leading and managing the quality compliance function to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, customer trust, and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality compliance programs aligned with ISO and other relevant standards.
    • Lead audits and coordinate internal/external contractual and regulatory inspections.
  • Quality Systems Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
    • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and compliance KPIs.
    • Manage deviation control, change control, CAPA, and document control systems.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor the compliance team within the quality department.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Provide training and guidance on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Investigate quality issues and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
    • Respond to customer complaints and regulatory queries related to quality compliance.
  • Supplier & External Partner Management:
    • Evaluate supplier quality systems and conduct audits.
    • Ensure supplier compliance with quality agreements and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance/compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Experience in managing audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance programs.
  • ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, or similar) preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP and MS Office tools.
