Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The Senior Professional in the HR Position will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relationships, performance management, training & development, Administration, compensation and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in Human Resource Management & Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

4. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.

6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices, workplace safety, and diversity and inclusion.

7.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

8. Ensure timely closure of payroll and disbursements of salary to employees. (P.T.O.)

Other desired attributes:

Minimum 10 to Maximum 15 yrs of relevant experience in Human Resource Management

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.

Proficiency in using HRIS software, Microsoft Office applications, and other HR-related technology tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Having Leadership ability to manage the team.
