A) Claims Handling & Management:
1. Oversee and manage property and engineering insurance claims, ensuring efficient resolution. 2. Evaluate claims, coordinate with surveyors, insurers, and clients for fair and timely settlements. 3. Analyse policy terms, coverage, and exclusions to assess claim eligibility.
B) Surveyor Coordination & Assessment:
1. Work closely with surveyors to ensure accurate assessment and loss evaluation. 2. Provide technical insights in claims related to civil & mechanical engineering projects. 3. Review surveyor reports and negotiate settlements with insurers on behalf of clients. C) Client & Stakeholder Management: 1. Act as a key contact for clients, insurers, and loss adjusters. 2. Provide advisory support to clients on claim documentation, compliance, and processes. 3. Conduct site visits to assess damage and ensure smooth claim processing.
D) Compliance & Documentation:
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in claims handling. 2. Maintain proper documentation for audit and legal purposes. 3. Develop internal reports and MIS on claims progress and resolutions.
