Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities.
Set sales goals and objectives for the corporate sales team.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Graduation is MUST . A Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7-14 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry/ preferably in a broking firm
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
