Maintain organized and accurate records of all claims processed, including documentation, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, and legal representatives to explain the claims process, resolve disputes, and gather information. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing insurance claims. Adhere to company policies and industry best practices to maintain ethical standards and reduce risk. Identify potential fraud and investigate suspicious claims to prevent fraudulent activities. Stay updated on insurance laws, policies, and industry trends.
