Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Executive -Client Services. The Executive will be responsible for providing excellent service, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities: Processing all GMC, GPA, GTL policies endorsements requests to be sent to insurer for further processing with pre and post quality check. Along with the CD reconciliation, Follow up for endorsement from insurer. Arranging the CD Balance Statements from the insurer on monthly basis. Maintaining good relationship with internal team members and with insurers Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with other tasks as needed. Skills and Qualification: Proficient in working on Excel. Education Qualification : Bachelors Degree Ability to learn and update the Knowledge relating to Insurance. Job Description: At Edify Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, our ideal Retention Manager must be a go getter in in Sales with excellent relationship building skills with corporate stake holders. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. Knowledge of insurance products and experience with the insurance retention process will be an added advantage. Duties and responsibility : Build and Nurture relationship with the existing clients to renew policies. Follow a retention process with precise planning and execution of activities to ensure retention of clients effectively. Understanding Clients requirements and giving them a solution to meet their needs. Help a client understand the solution provided, clarify doubts and queries, handle any objections and close sales. Conducting regular meetings with the HR / CFO with updates on policy management, advise on risk management initiatives. and understand service requirements/ corrections. Identify unfulfilled clients insuring needs and Cross sell appropriate products to existing clients. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings of our products and services, to our existing clients. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting retention goals, analysing performance data and projecting future performance. Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationship. Create and execute a strategic Retention plan that helps retain the customers. Skills and Qualification Minimum Bachelor degree. Masters in Marketing or Business administration is a plus 2-8 years of experience in Sales/Retention within a corporate setting interfacing with HR heads/ Finance Heads. Experience in Corporate Insurance sales or a Corporate Concept selling experience will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and quick learner Ability to learn and update the knowledge of new products
