Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 15+ years of experience in the general insurance industry to offer knowledge on various lines of business like Motor, Travel, Health, Fire/Property, Casualty, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Miscellaneous Insurance, etc. - Demonstrate proven experience in working with or supporting general insurance systems or solutions. - Apply your IT knowledge by working with general insurance software, policy administration systems, claims management solutions, and insurance workflows. - Analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions that meet industry standards. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in insurance workflows and processes. - Communicate effectively with IT teams and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, by explaining technical concepts in an understandable manner. - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Product teams to prepare RFI/RFP/Proposal and presentation materials for proposals. - Apply your in-depth knowledge of general insurance regulations, including licensing, solvency, claims management, and anti-fraud measures.
