Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring wellness initiatives such as health screenings, webinars, fitness challenges, and preventive check-up programs.
• Engage with customers to promote wellness benefits available under their health insurance policy.
• Coordinate with healthcare partners, gyms, diagnostic labs, nutritionists, and digital wellness platforms.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and analytics related to participation rates, outcomes, and customer feedback.
• Help manage wellness content such as newsletters, blogs, and educational material.
• Provide customer assistance regarding wellness program queries and services.
• Work closely with sales, claims, underwriting, and customer service teams to support wellness-led product positioning.
Assist in building awareness of preventive healthcare engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, Hospital/Healthcare Administration, or related fields.

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

• Basic understanding of preventive health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Internship or experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, insurance, or diagnostics.

• Experience coordinating events or customer engagement activities.

• Knowledge of digital health apps and wearable ecosystem.
