Assess and approve life insurance claims within authority limits.
Support in evaluating complex/doubtful claim cases.
Coordinate with doctors, vendors, hubs, claimants & authorities.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal audit guidelines.
Maintain MIS dashboards, reports, reconciliations & analytics.
Identify & prevent fraudulent claims.
Improve claim processes, SOPs & documentation.
Manage SLAs, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Handle UAT, BR preparation & claims system enhancements.
Strong analytical & decision-making skills
Understanding of compliance, audit, and operational controls
Good communication & stakeholder management
