UHNIs/HNIs, families, trusts, and SMEs. With 13+ years of expertise and a strong presence

in 6 cities across India — Surat (Headquarters), Anand, Rajkot, Vadodara and Mumbai along

with global presence.


Job Summary

You would be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for clients, ensuring seamless handling from claim intimation to settlement follow-ups. You will be the key point of contact for clients and AMCs regarding claim processes. You should be strategic and detail-oriented, ensuring timely documentation, filing, and resolution of claims while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and upselling.


Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to

  • Constantly upgrading yourself on industry trends and claim procedures.
  • Managing claim intimations and ensuring accurate registration of claims.
  • Coordinating with AMCs for smooth claim processes and timely resolutions.
  • Collecting, verifying, and maintaining claim documentation from clients.
  • Filing all claims-related documents systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Proactively following up on pending claims to ensure settlement.
  • Identifying opportunities for lead generation and upselling additional products or services during client interactions.
  • Supporting other general insurance operations, including client follow-ups and coordination, as needed.
  • Demonstrate ownership to resolve complex claims issues, escalating when necessary.


Minimum Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in insurance claims processing.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Preferred Skills

  • Superior knowledge of insurance products and claim processes.
  • Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
  • Good listening ability to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions.
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a team.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
