Claims Manager

Key responsibilities

• Process management: Oversee the entire claims lifecycle, from intake to settlement, and ensure efficient and accurate processing.
• Policy and procedure development: Create and implement policies to improve claims processing efficiency and quality.
• Claim evaluation: Review and analyze claims to ensure they are valid and meet policy conditions.
• Stakeholder communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, legal teams, loss adjusters, and other parties.
• Problem resolution: Address and resolve issues and challenges that arise during the claims process.
• Fraud investigation: Investigate potentially fraudulent claims.
• Reporting and analysis: Analyze claims data to identify trends and prepare performance reports.
• Financial management: Monitor and manage claim costs and budgets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
