Job Title: Relationship Officer – 811 Department: Retail Banking / Digital Sales Location: Delhi Reports to: Branch Manager / Sales Manager Job Objective :To acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers for 811 – a digital savings account offering. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and digital campaigns. Promote 811 digital accounts and onboard customers using the mobile app. Conduct KYC verification and complete documentation as per RBI norms. Cross-sell other banking products such as debit cards, credit cards, personal loans, insurance, etc. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention. Follow up on leads and maintain daily sales reports. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products. Target-driven and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency with smartphones and banking apps. Qualifications: Minimum: Graduation (any discipline) Preferred: Experience in sales or financial services Experience:1 to 5 years Salary & Incentives:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
