Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment through effective grievance handling and redressal processes. Oversee human resource policies, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment practices. Provide guidance on corporate HR matters such as PR/Public Relations initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to improve industrial relations by maintaining healthy relationships with unions and addressing labor law compliance issues promptly. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Corporate HR principles, IR/Industrial Relations concepts, Labour Laws knowledge. 10-16 years of experience in Human Resource Management or similar field. Excellent communication skills for effective grievance handling and public relations activities (PR). Ability to develop strong relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
