Company Name:- Great Pacific Export Pvt Ltd-API Manufacturing Role & Responsibilities 1) Strategic HR Management and Policy Development: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. 2) Comprehensive Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning to induction. Execute the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and hiring documentation. Handle onboarding and exit interviews, managing the full employee lifecycle. 3) Performance Management and Increment Systems: Design and execute the Performance Management System (PMS) and manage the increment process. 4) Employee Issue Logging Process Management & Employee Satisfaction: Perform the employee issue logging process, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of issues to improve employee satisfaction and retention (based on exit interviews). 5) Training and Development Oversight: Create and execute training programs and SOPs, ensuring all employees maintain the necessary skills and knowledge. 6) Compliance and Audit Management: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage audits, and keep documentation and contracts up to date. 7) Facility and Vendor Management: Oversee maintenance of facilities (housekeeping, canteen, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for any new requirements. 8) HR Information Systems and Data Management: Manage HR MIS, maintain employee records and website data, and ensure data integrity and easy access. 9) Meeting & Employee Communication: Schedule and organize meetings, record minutes, and facilitate communication regarding HR initiatives, policy changes, and announcements. 10) Culture, Health and Safety Administration: Organise monthly cultural activities and safety training sessions; conduct safety audit rounds to ensure a safe, healthy work environment.
