About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who brings together expertise across product growth, digital marketing, branding, design, and technology management.

You’ll be at the intersection of business, design, and technology, driving our product’s market positioning, digital presence, and overall brand experience.

This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring deep business acumen, technical fluency, and creative problem-solving to scale our IT product globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Growth

• Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for global B2B IT products.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets and verticals (India + International).
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance product-market fit and customer experience.

Branding & Design

• Own the brand identity and ensure design consistency across digital assets.
• Supervise UI/UX design decisions with a strong understanding of usability and performance.
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design teams for campaigns, website, and product visuals.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Drive full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, LinkedIn, Email, Content).
• Plan, execute, and measure ROI on performance and brand campaigns.
• Oversee content strategy for product storytelling, landing pages, and blog SEO optimisation.

Product & Technology Collaboration

• Work closely with developers and tech leads to align on website and product development best practices.
• Review and refine product experiences from both design and business perspectives.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Project Management & Communication

• Manage cross-functional teams and external agencies effectively.
• Create business proposals, pitch decks, and product marketing materials.
• Communicate complex technical and marketing concepts in a business-friendly way.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in B2B IT product or SaaS companies across digital marketing, product management, or branding.
• Proven experience in SEO, performance marketing, UX/UI design collaboration, and web development practices.
• Firm grasp of business and marketing strategies across Indian and global markets.
• Ability to translate technical ideas into compelling business stories and visuals.
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Figma, and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactually.
