Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will join FirmsData, a fast-growing Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform, as a proactive Sales Executive in Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to expand the company's presence in India's financial capital by selling FirmsData VDR to investment banks, law firms, and corporate teams. You will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from reaching out to potential clients to conducting product demos and closing deals. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with dealmakers across different sectors, participating in industry events, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and reporting to the founder while closely working with the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Sell FirmsData VDR to investment banks, law firms, and corporate teams - Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to demo to closing deals - Establish and maintain relationships with dealmakers in M&A, PE, legal, and advisory sectors - Participate in industry events and face-to-face meetings in Mumbai - Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to enhance positioning - Provide regular reports to the founder and collaborate closely with leadership Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of B2B sales or business development experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trust with senior professionals - Preferential experience in consultative sales approach rather than hard-pitching - Bonus points for familiarity with SaaS, legal tech, or sales to bankers/lawyers If you are interested in this opportunity, please DM us or send your resume to chirag@firmsdata.com with the subject "Sales Role Mumbai."
