Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist – Document Management System (DMS) located in Noida. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tender processes, conducting procurement activities, and writing proposals. The role also involves in-depth analysis of tender documents, coordination with internal teams, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements. Responsibilities : Prepare & manage tender documentation (legal, technical, financial). Track portals (GeM, e-Procure) for opportunities & ensure timely submissions. Coordinate with internal teams for inputs & vendor enquiries. Support pricing, presentations & contract risk assessments. Maintain tender databases & pricing tools.
