• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide strategic insights on profitability, cost optimization, and expansion decisions.
• Partner with leadership and investors to shape financial models and growth roadmaps.
• Oversee complete accounting operations (AP/AR, ledger, reconciliations).
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and board reports.
• Build systems to track performance at district, block, and village level operations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and all statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, NBFCs, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure transparency.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Ensure efficient fund allocation across B2C and B2B verticals.
• Support equity/debt fundraising, investor due diligence, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
• Establish ERP/accounting automation and strengthen financial discipline across operations.
• Build scalable processes for franchise partners, retailers, and VLE network transactions.
• CA / MBA (Finance) with 12+ years of progressive experience,
preferably in Agri, FMCG, Supply Chain, or Startup ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proven track record in managing investor reporting, fundraising, and audits.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and financial automation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
