Competencies

Minimum 6-8 Years Of Related Experience And/or Training.

Post Graduate/ MBA in Sales- Marketing.

Supervisory

  • lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of the team.

Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Financial Knowledge

  • Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
  • Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills

Other

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of real estate software a plus

Job Summary

  • Responsible for Industrial, Logistics & Warehousing leasing/land business in the assigned location/region.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate.
  • Plan and execute assignment/s. May take control, documentation and issues pertaining to the project/s
  • Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
  • Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business, provide timely responses to and listed timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.
  • Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
  • Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
  • Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information
  • Provides technical guidance to co-workers/sub-ordinates.
