Job Description

You will be responsible for managing compliance, licensing, regulatory support, and process & performance management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Define and implement compliance frameworks, checklists, and policies. - Manage regulatory projects end-to-end, including lifecycle management of applicable regulatory licenses. - Act as a regulatory liaison, facilitating discussions, submissions, and presentations. - Stay updated on regulatory developments and analyze their business impact. - Provide compliance support to stakeholders across the organization. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for drafting and reviewing compliance-related documents. - Handle licensing applications and conduct regulatory research. - Collaborate with InfoSec for cybersecurity compliance and audits. - Own audit processes for detecting compliance adherence periodically. - Analyze data trends, compliance gaps, and escalate issues as needed. - Anticipate new regulatory developments and communicate internally for business decisions. - Provide necessary support for compliant business operations in domestic and international markets. - Drive internal people compliances in coordination with vigilance and HR functions. Qualifications required for this role: - 6+ years of overall experience in compliance or risk operations. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English. - MBA from a top-tier institute. - Experience with RBI / NPCI regulations and cybersecurity audits. - Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or Prince2. - Strong problem-solving and multi-project management skills.,
