Job Summary:

Senior Manager / RSM – Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business targets across assigned regions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive sales enablement by equipping partners with product knowledge, tools, and marketing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to strengthen channel ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and ensure achievement of revenue and market share goals.
  • Manage conflict resolution, pricing strategies, and partner compliance with company policies.
  • Lead regional sales managers and teams to deliver consistent partner engagement and sales growth.
  • Represent the channel sales function in leadership reviews and external forums.


Required Qualifications:

Educational

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or certifications in Sales Strategy/Channel Management preferred.


Professional

  • 10–12 years of experience in Channel Sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling channel partner ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution networks, reseller management, and partner incentive models.
  • Experience in SaaS/Enterprise Tech/FMCG/Telecom industries is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and deliver business outcomes through channels.
