The Opportunity

As our Senior Manager – Brand Strategy, you will be the custodian of our brand identity—shaping strategies, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring that every brand touchpoint reflects our vision while driving measurable business growth. This is a high-visibility role where your strategic thinking and commercial acumen will directly influence how we connect with the market, strengthen our positioning, and boost revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a

    holistic marketing strategy

    across digital, social, offline, and experiential channels.

  • Build a strong

    brand identity and positioning

    consistent with business goals and customer expectations.

  • Design and manage

    integrated campaigns

    for product launches, promotions, and events.

  • Oversee

    digital marketing efforts

    including SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media engagement.

  • Drive

    content strategy

    (social media, blogs, newsletters, offline collaterals, advertising).

  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.

  • Manage and optimize

    marketing budgets

    , ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.

  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, recommending improvements.

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.



What We’re Looking For


  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or integrated marketing roles preferably in consumer-focused sectors.

  • Proven success in creating and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing ecosystems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns with a measurable sales impact.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with analytical thinking.
