Senior Web Developer

As a seasoned Laravel | MySQL developer at 3ioNetra | Spiritual Tech, located in Bandra East (BKC), Mumbai, you will be responsible for building fast, scalable, and secure systems in the faith tech space. Your primary focus will be on backend and full stack development, emphasizing architecture over animations. Your main responsibilities will include building robust web applications using Laravel and MySQL, optimizing databases, writing efficient queries, and ensuring system performance. You will also be expected to write structured, reusable, and testable code, handle RESTful API integrations, manage jobs, queues, and event systems, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor junior developers. In addition, you will lead code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, maintain deployment standards, address security, compliance, and high availability requirements, and work with tools like Docker, Git, AWS/GCP, and artisan CLI. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, along with a deep understanding of MVC, Eloquent ORM, schema design, and query optimization. Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, modern PHP practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and Docker is essential. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Laravel's Blade templating is required, while cloud knowledge in AWS, GCP, or Azure is considered a bonus. Front end frameworks like Vue/React are not mandatory for this position as it primarily focuses on backend development and full stack responsibilities.
