About the Role

Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain websites using
WordPress
and
Webflow
.
Build responsive user interfaces using
JavaScript
,
React
, and
Angular
.
Develop and customize
WordPress themes, plugins, and modules using PHP
.
Implement
API integrations
(REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML) across websites and applications.
Work with
third-party integrations
, including payment gateways, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.
Use and configure
web automation tools
(Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly, n8n, etc.) to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert designs into high-quality front-end experiences.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-device compatibility.
Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure code quality through documentation and version control (Git).
Integrate front-end and back-end functionalities, ensuring seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of professional web development experience.
Strong expertise in
WordPress
development (themes, plugins, custom functionalities).
Hands-on experience in
Webflow CMS development and customization
.
Proficiency in
PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
, and responsive development frameworks.
Practical experience with
React
and
Angular
.
Strong understanding of
API integrations
and working with REST/GraphQL endpoints.
Experience with
web automation tools
such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or n8n.
Proven history of integrating
third-party tools and services
.
Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and security.

Good to Have

Experience with MySQL or database architecture.
Understanding of headless CMS approaches.
Familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD.
Experience with cloud hosting environments (AWS, cPanel, Cloudways, etc.).
