The Opportunity

As our Senior Manager – Brand Strategy, you will be the custodian of our brand identity—shaping strategies, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring that every brand touchpoint reflects our vision while driving measurable business growth. This is a high-visibility role where your strategic thinking and commercial acumen will directly influence how we connect with the market, strengthen our positioning, and boost revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, drive awareness, and deliver on sales targets.

  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Design and implement marketing initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

  • Campaign Excellence: Lead high-impact, sales-focused marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across both digital and offline platforms.

  • Creative Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality brand assets, collateral, and promotional materials.

  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  • Partnership Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with creative agencies, influencers, vendors, and media partners.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to optimize brand and sales performance.

  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure uniformity across all communication channels.



What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer-focused sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns with a measurable sales impact.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with analytical thinking.
