A) Strategic Collections Planning & Execution
Develop & enforce project\-wise collections SOP, payment milestones, andtimelines. Align collections plan with: Sales launch schedule Construction progress Customer loan approvals Implement DPD (Days Past Due) control strategies for risk zones. Drive regional collection teams & ensure performance adherence. Outcome High revenue predictability & business continuity B) Receivable Management & Revenue Assurance Govern entire receivables lifecycle: Booking advance Agreement Stage Payments Handover Monitor and control: Delayed payments Penalty & interest calculations Cheque bounce cases Collaborate with Finance for ledger accuracy & reconciliation. Result Secure cashflow with near\-zero pending dues C) Collections Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead a structured team consisting of: Sr. Managers\/Managers \Collections CRM Banking\/APF Team Field Collection Executives Define: Individual collection targets Daily follow\-up guidelines Collection escalation matrix Conduct weekly performance reviews & skill enhancement training: Negotiation handling Customer objection management Banking disbursement influence Boosts organizational capability for sustainable revenue control D) Banking\/APF & Disbursement Convergence Strategize with CRM Banking\/APF Lead to: Accelerate loan sanctions & disbursements Ensure banks release stage payments as per construction status Govern disbursement milestone adherence with: Projects team (progress confirmation) Legal team (title & RERA compliance) Impact High proportion of bank\-funded customers faster revenue E) Customer Debt Risk Prevention & Default Management Identify risk profiles early using: Behavioral data Payment track record Delayed loan process alerts Policies to prevent revenue loss: Re\-negotiation with revised payment plans Pre\-cancellation intervention Legal demand notice for chronic defaulters
