Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead the full-cycle accounting operations, including oversight over financial controls, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. ✔ Manage internal controls and prepare MIS reports for leadership and board meetings. ✔ Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure clean audits and full regulatory compliance. ✔ Monitor and maintain compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other financial statutes. ✔ Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for multiple verticals within the organization. Minimum Qualification ✔ Chartered Accountant (CA) ✔ 8+ Years (Post-Qualification) What we are looking for in the candidate ✔ A dynamic and go-getter person. ✔ Hands-on expertise in ERP, Excel, and financial compliance tools. ✔ Someone who respects the timelines of periodic reporting in accounting. ✔ A solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a lean but agile team. ✔ Someone who has independently finalized Quarterly and annual financial statements. ✔ Someone who has handled the entire audit cycle independently. ✔ Someone who can ensure full compliance of GST and TDS independently without being dependent on external consultants.
